I just love the image of all the Le creuset colours, I recently managed to pick up a very large bight yellow le creuset pot - the design (Enzo Mari) if not the pot dates from the 70's. Casseroles cook perfectly in it but I do have difficulty lifting it when full!
These links are tried and tested but as with everything some sites may become unavailable or recipes disappear. I will try to add to the links as and when I find useful ones. Apart from Nigel Slater's recipes it is very rare for me to stick to a recipe 100%, there is always tweaking to be done and in lots of cases some ingredients aren't available here.
The BBC Food site is easy to search - you can search by ingredient, cuisine, chef, programme and also look for vegetarian options.
BBCGoodFood is another good source of recipes - easily searched, some recipes are tested by users which if taken with a pinch of salt can be useful!
The BBC Olive magazine has become a new source of recipes, they send round an email if you subscribe and ther is a huge range of flavoursome recipes featured.
Nigel Slater's recipes always inspire - I like his philosophy of what grows together goes together. He very much believes in cooking what is in season which is the only way to cook here - the markets sell what is in season and import very little. You can find him by name on the BBC Food site but also here on the Observer/Guardian food pages.
Delia Online - I don't actually own a Delia recipe book but if you can cope with her instructions then her recipes are great, especially the Mediterranean section.
Add to these some Hairy Bikers recipes, I don't watch the shows but love their books and a lot of their recipes are on their website.
Last but not least is Mary Berry, Dame Mary Berry now, you can't better her cake recipes.
